Fasted Cardio, Meal Plan, Progress

Alarm goes off at 6am this morning. I've never been so annoyed with Justin Timberlake in my life. I hate mornings. Like, it's still dark outside for Heavens sake.  No particular reason except I decided to do what my trainer told me and do fasted cardio. I'm doing the Sarah Bowmar meal plan (I would've done her whole program but 1. didn't have $400 and 2.  I had a friend email me her workout plan that was purchased from a trainer) And she recommended fasted cardio 4-5 times a week. I was up and ready to hate life, but it wasn't bad! I had set out all my gym clothes the night before and left them in the bathroom. Woke up, did my business, got dressed, and was out the door and on an elliptical in about 15 min. One of the perks of having an HOA gym half a mile from you. I didn't hate it as much as I thought I would. I just did slow and steady cardio. Nothing crazy. The pre workout helped of course lol.

The meal plan is going great! I prepped again on Sunday (I prep Sundays and Thursdays) She does carb cycling to try to trick the body, and I get a cheat every 2 weeks. One of the perks of that is since I get that cheat so seldom I can literally eat whatever I want. She just said to keep it under 1,000 calories. Oh. Hell. Yes.

I wish I could give details of the plan but unfortunately I'm not allowed to. Its in the agreement when I first signed up. I can share photos of my wonderful food tho!!

That's pretty much it! Setting my goals and sticking to them! I set short term goals to make sure I make my long term goals. Short term is to not cheat until cheat day, do fasted cardio 3 times a week, and lift 5 times a week. All doable!
